I, Lakshmi Ma, want to talk to you about Hijras, because I am one of them ... We are born neither male nor female, we are born somewhere in the middle.' So says the guru that accompanies us as she talks about her community in general, and in particular about the few people who live under his/her wing, Trisha, Priyanka and others, including Silky, the central figure of this film.
