That Naama's family is dysfunctional, is the least one can say. Her father is openly racist, her mother suffers from depression, and her sister who signed up to the army suddenly disappears. Her favourite pleasures are going out, drinking, taking drugs - in short having a good time. The arrival of Dana, a new pupil in her school, with whom she falls madly in love, opens up unexpected perspectives and gives a new meaning to her life.... This is the first film from a young female director on a coming-of-age, largely influenced by the political situation in Israel and the tensions of the Palestine conflict.

Marie goes on scout camp, on the programme country walks and songs of praise. Not the ideal back-drop to hook up with Lise...
