Nikki, an awkward and invisible, “nerd” maths student must join a sports’ team to try to develop her social skills. She thus ends up in the female American football team 'The Mermaids'. A comedy wink at the “High school” films of the 1980s, with a good dose of girl and lesbian power as a bonus !
