Synopsis
Fede, who is in the midst of an existential crisis, has broken up with his boyfriend and taken a sabbatical. He spends his days in the park and runs into Iván, an old childhood friend. This encounter will turn both their lives upside down in totally unpredictable ways.
Influenced by Pedro Almodovar and the romantic comedies of the 90s (Sleepless in Seattle with Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks), Una película barata (A cheap film) takes us on a surprising journey where two guys a little out of their depth support each other, have fun and make each other feel good. A joyously depressive and wildly inventive first film.
