Synopsis

It starts like an ideal holiday memory. Warm rays of sunshine, pines, waves... It starts almost like a cliché: the beach, the sand, and of course the sea. Mathieu is 19 years old. Holidays to him, and to pretty much any teenager, means lolling about on the beach, leering at passers-by, and waiting for something to happen. And then there's Cédric, the subject of crazy, happy, obvious love. The beach turns into a place of passion, and a place of separation. Sebastien Lifshitz's first feature film paints a beautiful picture of an enamoured, anxious adolescence, portrayed by two actors who work together in harmony.
