Victoria returns to a Thai hotel where she and her friend Meryl underwent gender affirming surgery 10 years ago. As the sole survivor of that trip, Victoria reflects on her transition and what defines her as a woman. Accompanied by Athena and Aamina, who are also transitioning, they reminisce and confront the sometimes surprising ghosts of the past. Together, they explore identity, loss, and resilience in a film that blends fictionalised scenes, documentary footage, and diary entries.
