Apolo follows the journey of a TLT (trans loving trans) couple expecting a child, revealing the strength of their love and their tireless fight for dignified prenatal care. This documentary offers an intimate look at their family dynamic, inviting us to rethink our normative constraints about parenthood and pregnancy. By accompanying Lourenzo's pregnancy, supported by their partner Isis, the directors show us how much the fight for the right to healthcare is also a radical act of love: a dream of a better world for Apolo.
