Karl Forest speaks naturally and spontaneously in front of the camera. His days are dedicated to sports and fun. When he decides to give himself up to carnal pleasures, he makes no compromises: he is, as he says, versa, loves boys and well-built men above all. The film takes us back to Paris in the 1970s, where a climate of freedom reigns. We quickly develop sympathy for this somewhat useless man, a sex beast with a somewhat frank look, ready to give up his body to try to live the good life in the capital. On the one hand, the hunt for money, on the other, the pursuit of pleasure. The carnal scenes offer beautiful moments such as group action in the basement, half in the dark, where the entangled bodies are sublimated. Dotted portrait of a gay icon, of the fantasy of the handsome sportsman. The handsome man has the merit of emphasizing a sympathetic personality and at the same time spreading a sweet scent of carefreeness.
