Synopsis
In modern day Iran, subject to political and religious repression, Shireen and Atafeh are trying to find their place. They aspire to live free, and also to love. Together, they defy taboos : illegal celebrations, clandestine parties, flirting, swimming, dubbing banned films ... But when the brother of Atafeh, who choses to practice an extreme form of Islam, falls in love with Shireen, the repressive atmosphere becomes more and more oppressive ... An escape, will it still be possible ?
