Two years ago, Pink Screens held a gueulante on queer childhood. This year, in line with the five films from our focus on "queer ageing" , we would like to offer a discussion of the joys and challenges we experience within our communities as time goes by. What changes do we see in our relationship to friends, to our bodies, to younger generations, to new struggles and new ways of struggling?
Intergenerational relations can offer learning opportunities (including, but not limited to, sexual practices) and a breeding grounds for conflicts (including, but not limited to, political ones). We call on old twinks, young butches, non-binary quadragenarians, lesbo grannies and bears of all colours to tell us about their fears and joys of ageing as a queer person.
