Sebastien Lambeaux + Haldernablou de Tom de Pekin

This screening will start with a shamanic ritual-performance by Sébastien Lambeaux. He defines himself as a north-European Shaman, and believes that the mystical, shamanic experience is not an ethnological curiosity but something that can be a meaningful practice in every society, including the contemporary world. This performance will be followed by Tom de Pékin's 'Haldernablou triptych', a graphic, dramatic and cinematographic extension based on Alfred Jarry's play 'Haldernablou' where Ablou, a young man stuck in a dream in a park, meets strange characters who try to keep him trapped in this long sleep. A discussion with the artists will conclude the screening.
